ASSIGNMENT CAPSULE

Be a part of the Clinical world -- make a difference in people's lives. In the Office Clerk /Receptionist role you will provide a wide variety of administrative and operational support services for an assigned area of responsibility including.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

Count or measuremail

Person will be covering for the receptionist every day and whenever they are out on PTO

Responsible for creating/deleting mailboxes as needed

Ensure correct postageis affixed to all outgoingmail and drop-off

* UPS Packages

Operate postage machineand keep supplies i n stock

Ensure all copiers are functional and are stockedwith paper on a daily basis; do maintenance checks and service calls as needed

Replace toners on all copiers and keep supplies i n stock

Restock supply closetwith printing paper, tonersand basic officesupplies

Sort and distribute incoming mail to corporate personnel

Answer phones and greet clientswarmly

Reroute calls to appropriate associate/department

Take and deliver messages

Answer basic inquiries about company

Provides assistance to all departments as requested. These mayinclude but not limited to makingcopies, deliveries, moving furniture, assembling small office furniture, etc.

Assist in organizing office activities/set-up & clean-up before and after meetings

Hang up company policies in common areas

Other duties may be assigned

Role Essentials

High School Diploma

Bilingual-English/Spanish- (fluent level in both, with written and verbal communication skills)

Capacity to maintain confidentiality, work independently and with a team in support of the department

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Ability to work in a fast pace environment with professional demeanor at all times.

Must be flexible, compassionate, and have patience at all times aiming towards Perfect Service.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Word, Excel

Ability to type 50-55 wpm

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB and an ACHA Level 2 background check is required for your role.

Flexibility to work the preferable hours for this role, 8:00-1:00 P.M.(EST)

Role requires the ability to lift 25lbs or more pounds on a frequent basis

Prior experience with Chameleon or E-Clinical Works (ECW)

Microsoft PowerPoint

Experience with Geriatrics

1 year minimum experience in a receptionist role
