Full Time Administrative Assistant at Community Land Trust of Schenectady, Inc. www.cltofschdy.org

Responsibilities: General office duties include: Answering office phones, responding to emails, client filing, rent intake; scheduling; assisting homeowners and tenants; assisting housing counselor; assisting clients with grant applications and referrals.

Requirements: Must have experience working for a non profit and or/ property management. Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently and as a team member; highly effective and respectful oral and written abilities as well as financial literacy skills; excellent customer service skills; competent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel; ability to multitask and respond to a wide variety of situations within the agency and with diverse populations.

Hours are Tuesday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm & Friday 7:30am-4pm (35 hours/ Week)
