Leader Development Program

We have a full-time opening for Restaurant Leadership.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Yearly Pay:

$30,000 to $35,000

Yearly pay is based on 50 hours a week

The goal of this leadership development program is to grow leaders while they are in a successful business environment. This is a minimum 1 year paid leadership track. We are passionate about developing leaders of integrity who will go on to do great things within the Chick-fil-A family or in whatever field they go to serve in. A passionate candidate could be promoted Supervisor within 6 months to 1 year. Candidate will get tactical experience in operations, marketing, hospitality, and quality control. While in your development program, employee will receive a personality assessment and a learning style assessment to better develop you as a leader and worker.

Requirements:

Hospitality, Culinary, or Retail Experience a plus.
