Job Description

A Full-Time Maintenance and Repair Person is considered a Facilities Professional at Chick-fil-A. A Facilities Professional maintains the day-to-day equipment as well as maintaining the physical asset of the property with the direction of the Kitchen Director. Proper cleanliness is not only included in proper maintenance, it is more than 70% of the job. Proper cleanliness and maintenance is expected for 2 main reasons: 1) we expect high standards of food safety, 2) to prevent as much equipment malfunction as possible. Equipment includes but is not limited to:

• Pressure Fryers
• Open Fryers
• Reach-In Refrigerators
• Walk-In Refrigerators
• Shelving
• Hoses
• Gaskets
• Hardware
• Lighting
• Signage

 

Additional Info:

• Schedule will be determined based on business needs
• Must be able to work both days and nights to best maintain equipment
• Looking for 1 qualified technician to fill the position
