Whether you’re a seasoned restaurant professional or an entry-level employee needing to develop a set of skills, there’s opportunity for you at Quatro’s Pizza.
Server
Quatro’s Pizza servers are the best in Southern Illinois. The ability to meet the customer service needs of guests in a fast-moving restaurant is the defining quality of our servers. Sometimes that means hustling to ensure every pizza meets a plate when it comes out of the over. Other times it means relying on your fellow servers, management, and the float/host staff to refill drinks or check in on guests to ensure they’re satisfied. On your first day of work we’ll ask you to bring an energized and engaging attitude. We’ll provide you a Quatro’s shirt and the tools you need to provide Customer First -customer service. Ideal server candidates will have experience serving and a willingness adapt to our workflow. Common tasks include:
- Take orders from seated guests and make suggestions when needed
- Accurately communicate guests orders to pizza cooks using our Point-of-Sale system
- Deliver drink and food orders to seated guests
- Clean and set tables between guests
- Maintain accurate and open communication with pizza cooks to ensure customer orders fulfilled
- Assist delivery drivers by answering phones and taking accurate orders when they are unavailable
- Be accountable for cash and credit card slips
