Cargot Brasserie joins the already well-known team of Agricola Restaurant, The Dinky Bar and Kitchen and Main Street Fine Catering.
The Food Runner/ Busser is a key member of our service team, responsible for serving meals to our guests, collecting tableware, and delivering dishes for dishwashing. The Food Runner/ Busser must be able to anticipate and meet the needs of our guests. Food Runners/Bussers demonstrate our team’s trademark attention to detail, efficiency, and quick service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering meals and announcing courses to our guests
- Removing dirty tableware while maintaining tidy tables and setting them for subsequent parties
- Assisting in water service, bread service, and all other aspects of the guest experience
