Responsibilities
• Must be proficient in each area of the kitchen and flexibility to move between positions
• Acts with integrity and honesty while promoting the Chubby’s team culture
• Follow inventory control procedures to reduce product loss
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, proper storage and rotation of items
• Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
• Maintain a positive work environment for all Chubby’s team and guests
• Prepare foods according to recipe cards
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to Chubby’s standards of quality, consistency, timeliness, and Ohio Department of Health Code
• Check food quality and temperatures throughout the day to maintain Health and Safety regulations
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Perform any and all duties throughout the kitchen as requested, this includes running alternate stations as assigned, taking out trash, scrubbing floors, dish washing, bussing tables, stock, and any other miscellaneous duties as needed

Requirements

-Must be at least 18 years of age
-1-3 years experience in a high volume full service restaurant preferred
-Must have reliable transportation
-Able to use touch-sensitive POS System
-Able to lift minimum of 25lbs
-Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time 6 hours+
-Able to work in a high-temperature kitchen for an extended period of time
-Must be able to willingly take direction, guidance, and positive criticism from any and/or all other team members and guest
-Able to effectively work in a fast paced, team oriented environment at lightning speed
-Flexible schedule, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
