Part-Time Customer Service Representative
DEPARTMENT: Fenton
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
HOURS: 10 am - 2 pm(2 days a week)
Summary:
This position is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing knowledge of company products and programs.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's voice mailbox or take message when the associate is unavailable
- Greet and provide selections for customers and report to fabricators
- File, mail and/or maintain documents for general office
- Perform other job related duties as assigned to or as operational needs dictate
- Regular reliable attendance is an essential requirement for the job
Qualifications:
- Possession of a diploma
- Effectively prioritize workload and handle multiple projects at the same time
- Provide strong customer orientation
- Successfully communicate with internal and external customers in a team environment
- Proficient on computers
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
- Light work.Exerting up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
