Responsibilities:
Convert leads from customers to clients.
Identify homes that meet buyer's criteria and have a flexible schedule.
Assist sellers with correctly pricing their homes and obtaining the highest price while providing excellent customer service.
Provide exceptional customer service to buyers & sellers.
Effectively communicate with management and team.
Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month.
Call, convert, prospect your own sphere of influence to generate additional leads per month.
Hold open houses regularly.
Requirements:
Drive and initiative to make $50,000+ income.
Valid Texas real estate license will be required.
Willingness to join Austin Board of Realtors
Ability to work from home or remotely and still be effective.
Updated cell phone with texting, Internet, and email capabilities.
Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
Superior time management skills.
High level of motivation to succeed.
Ability to learn & adapt to scripts and dialogues.
Familiar with Facebook & other social media outlets.
