The Facts:

• Employment type: Part-time (between 2 and 5 days a week, including weekends)
• Post Title: Picsolve Photography Retail Sales Associate
• Location: AT Madame Tussauds in Times Square, NY
• Must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
• No experience required.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.

The Job:

As a Picsolve Photography Retail Sales Associate, you will...

• Work as part of an energetic team providing a high-level of customer service while selling photographic products.
• Be a Picsolve Ambassador and create positive customer experiences to maximize sales.
• Assist the Retail Team Leaders and Managers in the day-to-day operational activities of the department.
• Capture amazing photos and videos for our guests that you can be proud of!

Job duties and working environment:

• This position will require you to work indoors.
• You will receive training to operate our digitalized, touch screen cash registers as well as handling/taking photos with our professional walk about cameras.
• You will handle money, communicate with guests and fellow team members to insure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Training and orientation will be provided.

Specific job functions:

• Understand and achieve personal objectives and team targets, including revenue targets and contribute to improving sales.
• Master daily till operations and photography operating systems.
• Ensure all equipment is used correctly, including print media.
• Maintain stock levels and follow through on documentation.
• Receive a mystery shopper result of 90% or higher.
• Cover and support other job roles as requested by your line manager.
• Communicate daily with your line manager on system problems or general issues within department.
• Participate in team briefings and other team events.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with site teams and Picsolve colleagues.
• Be flexible toward change and seek opportunities for personal development.
• Be professional in appearance, attitude, approach and time management/attendance.
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and accept other duties that are reasonably requested by your line manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service all the time, every time – challenge yourself every day!

Requirements and other details:

• Retail/sales experience is preferred, but not essential.
• No photography experience needed! We will train you on our easy-to-use systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Must enjoy interacting with guests and selling.
• Performance is measured on customer experience reports, sales figures & attendance records.
