It means you run shifts focused on superior service, superior sandwiches and superior training to ensure superior profitability. You work with and lead a team of 'wich makers, hosts and cashiers to ensure great food in a unique, fast-casual environment.

Requirements:
- Previous Management Experience Requried
- Reliable Transportation
- Non-Smoker Preferred
