A Shift Leader is responsible for providing leadership to team members and other leaders during a shift to ensure great Gold Standard QSC (Quality, Service, & Cleanliness) to our guests.
Shift Leaders plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, take action to ensure the team is meeting our standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Leaders to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too.
Shift Leaders are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.
A Shift Leader role is more than just a job, it's an OPPORTUNITY!! In addition to working directly for an independent Owner Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving great quality food in a well managed friendly environment.
