College Works Painting is an exterior painting company with successful branches across the nation. We are currently looking to hire full time painters to work full time in Madison, WI, this summer. This position would consist of painting the exterior of residential homes. We are looking for hard workers with good communication skills! This is an excellent opportunity for people not only looking for full time work this summer, but also to build their resume. For those with exceptional leadership skills there is also the opportunity to become crew chief and possibly intern for the company in the future!
* Pay ranges from $9.00-13.00/hr, with opportunity to make more
* Must be 18 years of age
* Experience is not required---Professional Training by Sherwin Williams
* Must have reliable transportation (truck is preferred, but not required)
* Additional incentive based-pay (bonuses for efficiency, leadership, and timeliness)
* Year-end bonuses based on total number of hours worked
* Work consistently minimum 30 hrs per week, maximum 80 hrs per two weeks
