Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales candidates
- Identify strengths and weakness’ in sales department
- Encourage the sales department with an emphasis on continued education and growth with profitability
- Conduct weekly and individual sales meetings with the team
- Grow monthly production numbers while focusing on excellent communication and setting clear expectations
- Work closely with the marketing department and the General manager
- Develop new business and network continuously
- Create and exhibit a sense of ownership with an entrepreneurial spirit and provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve and exceed minimum sales goals set by the company
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and be open to new ideas
- Strong verbal, written, and negotiating communication skills
