3PL Customer Service Representative

Our team at DCG Fulfillment takes pride in providing some of the best 3PL service in the industry. We are a fast growing company that provides distribution services for vendors that sell a variety of products to retail stores. What started as a small business in 2005 with an 80,000 square foot building, has since grown to occupy six buildings totaling almost two million square feet. Much of this business has come to DCG as a result of positive recommendations from our other customers, as we do not employ a sales force. 

A majority of our vendors distribute household goods, handbags and shoes to companies such as Target, Wal-Mart and Macy's.

Our Customer Service Team is responsible for allocating orders, submitting routing and creating bills of ladings; as well as keeping our customers updated on the current status of their orders.

Knowledge of general warehouse practices, routing procedures for major retailers, LTL vs. TL, small parcel shipping and bills of ladings is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary in order to provide accurate, concise information to our customers and company Management on a daily basis. The ability to multi-task and manage deadlines is a must.
