Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken of Jefferson City is looking for high quality Food Service Shift Managers to join our growing company. Lee’s is an established, successful restaurant in Jefferson City, Mo for over 30 years.

The Shift Manager's primary purpose is to work constructively with other restaurant management. This vital position leads hourly staff to increase sales and improve profitability versus the previous year while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction. The Shift Manager is responsible for the success of the Lee's Famous Recipe operation within their control.

The Shift Manager's responsibilities include ongoing development of staff members by teaching and lead by example.

Job Requirements
1. Effective oral and written communication skills.
2. Regularly works 40 hours per week as a general rule but should be available to work overtime when asked.
3. Regularly works on the pack line leading the shift.
4. Works in the dining room, kitchen, and front line when needed.
5. Regular and reliable attendance.
6. Walking, bending and stooping is required daily.
7. The Shift Manager will experience some moderate to heavy lifting, as well as moderate exposure to extreme temperatures. (i.e. freezer, heat behind the cook line).
