About this job
Experienced property maintenance technician needed for a property management company located in the Mount Vernon area of Baltimore. Must have experience in electrical, painting, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, cleaning, appliance repair, lock changing, and any responsibilities needed for rental property maintenance. If you are NOT at least somewhat skilled in any of these areas, please DO NOT APPLY. You MUST have your own tools and transportation.
