About this job
This is a part-time flexible hours position.
Job Duties:
Mowing grass using a Riding Lawn Mower and Push Mower
Weed eating
Raking leaves
Taking care of the Pond and pond pump
Making sure all outdoor areas are clean and presentable
Light Maintenance outside and inside
Snow plowing and shoveling
Office Cleaning
Miscellaneous duties as needed.
Some electrical and plumbing experience is also helpful. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Hours will vary week to week. $12.00 per hour DOE
