Southern Pride BBQ Co has immediate openings for competent and reliable butcher/meat cutters with a minimum of 1 year resturant experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with flent English speaking and written communication skills. Knife skills and the knowledge of meat preparation are required. We are looking for energetic, service minded individuals committed to providing excellent customer service, as you will be serving a high volume of customers, to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of raw meat
- Trimming and slicing meats using quick and efficient knife skills
- Preparing dishes while maintaining the highest quality dining experience
Qualifications:
- Prior meat cutting experience necessary
- Ability to remain on feet and constantly moving for a prolonged period of time
- Must display exceptional communication skills with the chef/manager
- Must take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and be accountable to yourself and to our team
- Ability to work days,evenings, weekends and holidays
- Adhere to all food related health and safety standards
- Must have own transportation
