About this job
- Minimum 6-years experience as Process Technician / Engineer within the field of plastic injection molding.
- Knowledge and training in scientific molding methodologies, process development, and process control initiatives.
- Detailed knowledge and past experience with engineering grade plastic resins.
- Detailed knowledge and past experience with hydraulic and electric injection molding machines.
- Detailed knowledge and past experience with pneumatic and servo driven robots / automation.
- Detailed knowledge and past experience with other related auxiliary equipment as it pertains to the injection molding process (water temperature controllers, mold temperature controllers, dryers, pickers, grinders, etc.)
- Detailed knowledge and past experience with mold / die change process.
- Knowledge of and background in automotive business, quality expectations, etc.
- Ability to exhibit effective: communication skills, team work, goal achievement, self motivation, leadership / supervision, customer interaction skills, etc.
- Knowledge and training in ISO / TS Standards.
- Competitive Pay based on experience level
