Troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service. Conduct maintenance, repair and preventive maintenance of facility.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and repair on and plant facility and facility equipment. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance, electrical and carpentry functions. Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules. Perform other duties as assigned or needed. Some travel is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) years min. exp., High School Diploma or equivalent, overtime and weekend work required as needed.
- 1-3 years experience working in building maintenance capacity.
- Must have basic English oral, written and communication skills.
- Basic Math skills required
- Mechanical and Electrical skills (certifications a plus)
- Vocational training preferred; will accept advanced field training
