Responsible for greeting customers and accurately recording all sales while delivering guests orders in a timely manner. This position must possess excellent customer service skills and understand the importance of the overall restaurant appearance.

Work with the service team to create a great energy and atmosphere. Greet each guest with an upbeat and personable demeanor. Keep restaurant clean and organized, removing dirty plates, cups and trash. Run food to tables. MUST have a great understanding of the menu and what is in each dish. Ensure guest are receiving their correct order, in a timely manner, at optimal temperature. Fill water glasses when necessary. Clear empty food plates, wiping down and sanitizing tables when guest are finished. Keep the restaurant stocked with adequate supplies such as baskets, napkins, silverware and cups. Cashiers must ensure that all cash and credit card handling is done with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency and according to CSS standards.
