food expediter - Full-time

JOB FAIR @ PEG LEG PETE'S- TUEDAY, JANUARY 30th  11AM-2PM  ON SITE INTERVIEWS

A  is responsible for ensuring that kitchen orders have been properly prepared before them to the table. An expeditor may have to add certain garnishes or condiments to a dish before it is ready to be delivered. He or she might also need to direct kitchen staff on what orders to produce, or communicate with waitstaff and other expeditors as to where dishes need to be delivered.

Compliance Duties: Following all relevant health department rules and regulations. 

Physical Reqirements: Position is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop and kneel.  The employee must frequently lift and-or move objects up to 10 lbs and occasionally move objects up to 50 lbs.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
