The long term support service division providing Personal Assistance Services is in search of an innovative leader with proven results to assist the Administrator with directing the day to day functions and activities of its parent office and 6 branch office locations.

Candidate must have strong management skills including but not limited to planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and oversight. Preferred experience with Home Health Agency state regulations, DADS program rules for PHC and/or LTSS MCO. Must be available for overnight travel associated with business needs to our branch offices located in El Paso, Eagle Pass, Laredo, Corpus Christi, Rio Grande City and Pharr. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing, Social Service, Health Information Management, or a related field.
