Responsibilities
As the lead technician, additional responsibilities will include the on boarding, implementation and training of new technicians within your coverage area. Coordinating with HR and Scheduling to ensure all paperwork, company policies, and proficiency testing are completed and submitted appropriately. On site training of new technicians may include traveling, if new technicians cannot travel to lead location. Assures compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations.
Entry base pay begins at 16.00/Hr. Wage negotiable based on experience, education, and current certifications. Hours can range from 20-40 hours a week with the possibility of more based on projects.
Minimum Requirements
Must provide own tools and materials Basic construction Knowledge of basic hand and power tools Must provide own transportation Install/Maintenance of telecommunication and security hardware systems. Including but not limited to; mounting, Cat5 cabling, wiring, servers, WiFi connections, CCTV and operating systems.High energy, being resourceful and strong multi-tasking skills 1 - 3 years Field Service Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, ability to work in confined space entries, work in attics and all climates.
