Talented FT Lead Teachers!

We have openings for Team Lead & for Lead Teachers

for our School Age & Preschool classrooms

at our childcare facility located 2343 S Power Road

Candidates must have a High School Diploma &

6 months experience in a licensed childcare facility.

Our Team Lead...

• Serve as mentors to fellow teachers while supporting their directors in daily school operations.
• Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school
• Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
• Are caring, compassionate and love what they do!
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
• Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Have countless advancement opportunities through our on-going training and expansive network of centers and brands

We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:

• Team Lead candidates should have experience coaching and training staff members
• 1 year experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Lead Teacher should experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• 6 months experiencein a licensed childcare facility.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
• Must be at least 18 years of age
