Automation Personnel Services is Seeking Part-Time Recruitment Coordinators for a National Health Agency, FL Division, Annual Fundraising Programs. Your role is to reach out via phone by placing outbound calls to business professionals and executives to raise funds and gain commitment for participation in each event. Leads and scripts are provided with coaching available daily for goal attainment, you are reaching out to specific business level contacts for each themed campaign.
Qualities for success are being an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, ideally with prior B2B tele-sales experience - preferred, able to be coached and guided to maximize each call, meet and exceed goals to reach your incentives, and someone who is looking to make a difference every day!
Job Specifics:
$11 to start in St. Pete
25 hours weekly, seasonal phone fundraising
Hours are Monday Thursday 9: 45 am 4: 30 pm (6 paid hours daily) with a 45 minute lunch break
Incentives and raises are offered weekly for achieving your goals
Fun and rewarding environment
Casual dress, however NO spaghetti straps and NO flip-flops allowed, shoulders and feet shall be covered
