Costa Vida is looking for someone who loves to work independently making great tasting food to fill the Cook Assistant/Runner position.
About Costa Vida
We are a fast-casual Mexican Grill. We serve fantastic food that delights our guests with the flavors of Coastal Mexico. Our atmosphere is fun, fast paced, and upbeat. We look for individuals who can come up with creative ways to meet the needs of our guests.
What it is like to be a Runner
Working at Costa Vida is never boring. As a runner, you will prepare the flavorful salsas, guacamole, and sauces that we are well known for. You work independently and in a self-directed way on your tasks, but your team is never far away. Our runners work the evening shift so this job is great for college students or others that prefer working in the evening. You do need to be 18 years or older due to the working hours. The shift usually starts around 3 pm and ends after closing time. This is a full-time position, but can be modified to part time if needed by the right candidate.
What is Required to be a Runner
We have a great training program that will get you up to speed quickly. If you like to prepare great tasting food, we can teach you what you need to know to be successful in this job.
