A New Dog in Town, Inc - Huntsville, AL
Full-time Opportunities for growth after 12 months.
$15+/Hour/Commission
We are a fast growing mobile dog grooming company servicing all of the Huntsville area. We are looking for experienced groomers to help meet our expanding clientele.
Our position features a generous hourly wage and outstanding tip earning potential.
We are looking for groomers with excellent work ethic and outstanding people skills.
- Qualified candidate MUST have knowledge and experience with a variety of dog breed grooming and exceptional scissoring skills.
- Must be comfortable with dogs of ALL sizes and breeds.
- Must be able to move animals, merchandise, and equipment up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to perform dog baths, deep brushing, FURminating, groom cuts to customer requirements and preferences, and grooms to AKC standards.
- Must be able to operate company-owned grooming van to and from customer locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the mobile pet van.
- Maintain daily paperwork and online information.
- Hours will be from 7AM until the last scheduled appointment is completed.
- Must be able to pass comprehensive background check, driving record verification, and multi-panel drug test.

Required experience:
- Dog Grooming: 1 year
- Grooming: 1 year
Required license or certification:
- Driver's License
- Groomer Certification from a reputable institution
