Kern Hanford Denny's location on 1635 Glendale Avenue 93230 is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to manage the staff and operation of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing of our restaurant policies and procedures and will participate in achieving our Revenue objectives. The restaurant manager will ensure that staff remain compliant with all local state and federal laws and that customer needs are promptly met.
RESTAURANT MANAGERS RESPONSIBILITIES
* audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and order product as necessary
* maintain safe working conditions
* work closely with management to meet Revenue objectives
* follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property ,products and equipment
* ensure off food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
MANAGER SKILLS
* exceptional organization and Leadership skills
* dependable and reliable
* excellent interpersonal communication skills
* 2 plus years experience in the restaurant industry
* high school diploma or equivalent
* ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and all major holidays.
