ROME TALENT AGENCY - TALENT COORDINATOR! 

* PART TIME - 25 hours  

Rome Talent Agency is looking for highly organized, self-starter to start immediately!! 

Must be able to work independently from home. Must have excellent work ethic, very dependable, a quick study, highly organized, and able to handle a fast pace work environment. Multi-tasking is a must. 


Duties involved: Various agency errands. Assist all things - auditions,bookings, recruiting etc... General office duties, heavy phones, coordinate & track client appointments. 


Qualifications: Must own current and reliable LAPTOP. Cell phone or land line (unlimited free local calling) Extremely detail-oriented. Proficient at prioritizing tasks; able to follow verbal and written directions; good follow through on completion of projects; ability to work efficiently and effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Word and use of the Internet and Gmail. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure and have the ability to multi-task.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently 


Preferred Skills: Video production knowledge/experience Good knowledge of advertising, marketing, PR and/or media. Prior talent agency experience a BIG plus. Wordpress knowledge a Major plus!!. 


Job Type: Part-time - $8.00 /hour 

Also offering hiring 2 college Interns (Assistant TC) College Credit will be applied.
