Job and Life Skills Coach

Have you ever felt like you wanted to make a difference in the lives of others, but didn't know how to get started? Project Independence is expanding opportunities for people with disabilities to work at real jobs for real money and live independently in the community. We are looking for motivated, energetic self-starters to provide support for people with disabilities in Orange County. Along with the starting pay of $13.00 per hour, we reimburse for mileage as you drive your car to a variety of locations (job sites or apartments) working directly with people with disabilities and being part of their success. We are looking for people with great organization and follow through, and those who are open to a flexible schedule so we can support people when they need it.

Previous experience is a plus but is not required. You will need current First Aid and CPR training when you start the job, along with a clean driving record, and valid car insurance and Driver's License. Some evenings and weekends are required in some positions. This is a great opportunity for someone who has integrity, organizational skills, and a passion to help others.
