Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

Our TEAM MEMBERS are responsible for serving our customers a Great Experience. He/She must work fast, while also being friendly to the customers. Our Team Members are responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant and serving our customers. He/She must ALWAYS remember to always have fun!

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepares Food – Ensures that all food and drinks are prepared and served perfectly according to Company standards.

2. Greets Customers – Greets all customers with sincerity; provides friendly service to everyone who visits the Restaurant; informs customers of basic product information upon request; maintains a presentable appearance to the customer

3. Processes Customer Orders – Works the register system to receive orders from the customer; places all orders accurately

4. Maintains Cleanliness of Restaurant – Works to keep the inside and outside of the restaurant clean by using “clean as you go” practices; follows cleaning checklist; keeps restaurant and stations clean and sanitary at all times

5. Ensures Safety – Follows the guidelines to ensure the safety of themselves, other crew and the customer

6. Follows Attendance Policy – Reports to work at the scheduled time; when unable to report for scheduled shifts, adheres to the attendance policy to ensure that the shift is covered

7. Practices a Positive Attitude – Enjoys working in a fast-paced and high energy environment; learns quickly and asks questions
