The Catering Event Coordinator is responsible to follow all RUI Service standards supporting our culture; Making it Right, Making Happen and Making it Special. The Catering Event Coordinator is accountable for the day-to-day administrative duties in support of the management team, catering events, and restaurant events.

* 1-2 years' experience in Restaurant catering event sales/marketing or equivalent experience
* Valid food handler and liquor license card
* Familiar with health and safety regulations
