Lead Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Professional to join our team who wish to have partnership in the company. This position will be an integral part of our growth as we expand our presence in Central Texas.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate leads and prospects on a day-to-day basis. Prospecting will include but is not limited to networking and setting up calls and meetings.
  • Close representation agreements and follow through until move in / project turnover to ensure a seamless, positive experience w/ our clients.
  • Use strong organizational skills to build a database and complete contract-to-close activities.

What You Should Have :

  • The right team player will have 2+ years' experience and a strong knowledge of the Austin market.
  • Salesforce experience.
