Automation Personnel Services., Inc is looking for an Inside Sales Assistant in the Birmingham/Pinson area. The primary function of this position is to assist the sales department in providing the best customer service in the metals industry, in a timely and proficient manner.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
Proofreading order entry, to ensure accuracy and eliminate product, price and fright errors.
Identify & Understand the uniqueness of customer activity for proofreading accuracy.
Maintenance/Filing of order entry paperwork.
Provide customers reports and status of their current business.
Assist with Order entry and price maintenance
Miscellaneous filing and assigned projects

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree, customer service background
Proficient with personal computer- Word, Excel, Power Point
Strong service and communications skills- verbal and written
Articulate, energetic and personable
Team player
