Applicants for this position will be considered for Culinary Group Supervisor positions at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.The Group Supervisor - Culinary is responsible for:
- Engage, lead, coach, evaluate and discipline team to perform to company standards and department objectives.
- Meet and exceed EBITDA goals; revenue, per cap, cost of sales, labor and other operating expenses.
- Establish and execute team member safety plan.
- Ensure food quality standards are consistently met through daily use of established tools.
- Supervise day-to-day food safety, sanitation and cleanliness programs.
- Supervise daily alcohol service program to ensure compliance.
- Execute daily maintenance and facility integrity programs.
- Execute plan for implementation of capital and expense projects.
- Participate in culinary manager program.
- Establish and execute the strategic plan.
Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- College Degree preferred
- 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills in business applications, ability to analyze & understand financial reports
- Must possess ability to obtain ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification upon selection.
- Knowledge of Virginia ABC laws
- Bakery and Catering positions require a valid VA Driver's license and qualification to drive a company vehicle
