Kitchen Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for hard working, team-oriented individuals to join our team immediately! Candidates must have flexible scheduling and a hard work ethic. No previous experience necessary!

Positions:

Kitchen Food Prep:

• Prepares cold food items
• Daily produce ordering and checking in of all produce upon delivery

Back of the House (BOH):

• Prepares hot food items

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare high quality food items according to recipe, this includes weighing and measuring for accuracy
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety and HACCP regulations
• Follow all Team Member Handbook and Health Department Policies
• Follow safety procedures when operating equipment
• Ensure kitchen/restaurant cleanliness, including but not limited to: counters, work stations, refrigerators, etc.

Knowledge/Skills/Requirements:

• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team members are expected to work on their feet for several consecutive hours
• Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication/verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team members
• 16+ years old
