Responsibilities: 

Overall responsibility for the management of the operations of the store to increase sales, achieve profitability, control cost, and provide excellent customer service
Manage the daily business operations of the store by ensuring effective ordering, receiving, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service to achieve company goals
Hire, manage, develop, motivate, train and grow employees to generate a strong team dynamic that allows them to perform to the best of their abilities.
Ensure the store achieves the highest level of service measure (cost, quality and delivery) for every service provided
Generate a culture of profitability within the employees, and put processes in place to ensure profitability and excellence in operations of the store
Oversee merchandise levels and maintain standards for the store’s appearance
Ensure full compliance to loss prevention policies and maintain floor awareness to minimize external shrinkage
Complete cash summaries and receiving reports. Control books and make cash deposits. Organize back room and shelf sequence. Process orders using data from the in-store processor (ISP) and perform forecasting to boost sales
Creative cost cutting measures while ensuring proper inventory levels, and replenishing stocks by timely ordering from the vendors
Perform administrative tasks to help the store operate smoothly, increase productivity, profitability and customer service at any cost

Education: High School minimum; Bachelor degree or diploma preferred
