Job Duties:
1) Respond to building requests as instructed.
2) Clean and maintain stairwells for trash and debris.
3) Empty trash containers and wipe them down.
4) Clean, maintain and restock all restrooms, spot mop as needed.
5) Sweep, spot mop and dust buildings main entrances.
6) Clean any spills as needed and police sidewalks to remove trash or debris.
7) Spot clean fingerprints/marks on doors/mirrors.
8) Perform high/low detail dusting from common areas.
9) Vacuum carpets as needed.
10) Walking and standing is a must.
11) Properly maintain exterior of the building for curb appeal, police parking areas for trash and debris.
Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
