Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant
  • Maintaining initiatives in the areas of:
    -Administrative responsibilities
    -Interviewing, hiring & training
    -Performance reviews
    -Product quality
    -Maintenance
    -Working a 45 to 50-hour work week

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or University degree preferred
  • A minimum of two years supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of P & L statements
  • Basic math and accounting skills
  • Strong customer service and organization skills
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong skills in the areas of
    -Communication
    -Leadership
    -Conflict resolution
