Wireless Expert Associate

We have a great opportunity close to you! Elite Metro Corp, MetroPCS authorized dealer is now hiring immediately in your area! No experience necessary but prior experience in cell phone sales is preferred! Bi-lingual Preferred! We are seeking talented people who are passionate about making money and advancing their careers .

JOB DUTIES:- Deliver a delightful customer service with a positive and fun attitude - Complete training sessions and participate in sales coaching and team building exercises - Engage with existing and new clientele to sell/up sell smart devices, plans, options and accessories - Sell wireless products, services, and accessories- Market to all consumers and businesses in the local community- Responsible for cash handling - Follow company policies, processes and directions- Responsible for retail inventory

QUALIFICATIONS:-Professional attitude, appearance and demeanor is a must! -Bilingual (English/Spanish) is big plus, but not required -Aggressive in getting and closing sales while delivering a good customer experience -Knowledge of wireless, data and telecommunications technology is a plus, but not required. -Successful sales experience in retail location, preferably cell phones is a plus, but not required. -Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (overachievers).-Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment-Creative out-of-the-box thinker -Outstanding communication skills necessary- Energetic, positive, outgoing, confident, clean and organized - Wanting to be a part of our team -Able to follow Company's directives with the right attitude.-Ability to work flexible retail hours of operation including evenings, weekends, and holidays -Reliable transportation

COMPENSATION: Pay is Hourly (based on experience) + Weekly Commission + Sales Contest Incentives
