FOH Shift Manager
In order to establish the best possible sales performance, the Front of House Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service duties, staff management, and store maintenance.
Reporting to: Store Manager
Responsible for: Front of House customer service and staff management
Main duties and responsibilities
Overseeing FOH staff during shift when store manager is not present
Responsible for effective training of new hires on store operations and safety standards
Ensuring customer service is being provided in a doughfessional manner
Managing in person customer concerns and inquiries in as a representative of District Doughnut
Informed on managerial duties like scheduling and ordering
Responsible for general store well being. Extra cleaning, seasonal decorations, etc.
Cash Handling: opening and closing cash drawers and tip collection
Key Working Relationships
Front of House shift managers are supervisors for the front of house team when store managers are not present. They will work in cooperation with the Store and Operations Manager and maintain communication with leadership about team and store performance. Shift managers will also maintain close communications with Doughnut Shippers.
Hours of Shift
Full-time
Available to work Monday-Sunday during operating hours
