Orthodontic Front Desk/Receptionist (Olney/Colesville)
We are looking to hire an experienced team member (Front Desk Coordinator) who is hardworking, self-motivated and has an outgoing personality. We are a busy orthodontic practice with two offices. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills. You must be a polished professional with a warm, friendly personality. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, greeting patients, answering phones, verifying insurance, and processing payments. Our goal is to provide outstanding Customer Service and build longstanding relationships with our patients. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be a polished professional with a warm, friendly personality. While we are looking for someone ready to go, we are willing to train the right person. Must be well organized and possess a great work ethic. Experience in Edge or OrthoFi and bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
