About this job

Hiring for Client Care Coordinator position to work at our Boutiful office.

Monitors and mediates both client and Caregiver activity and follows up on Caregiver assignments and client services. Conduct QA visits with clients in person and follow up as necessary. Counsel Caregivers on quality concerns after visiting clients. Conduct Client/Caregiver introductions as scheduled and assist in maintaining a complete Client Service Schedule.

Candidate must be/have:
    CNA Certified with experience
    Highly organized
    Ability to connect and interact clearly with seniors
    Must have superior oral and written communication skills 
    Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
    2 years of experience with Home Care
    Have the ability to write and execute client care plans
    Working knowledge of basic software programs such as Microsoft Office

Position is flexible with mostly office hours Monday through Friday with some weekend hours as needed
