Restaurant Team Member

Rollbotto Sushi, a unique fast-casual restaurant concept in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg, is seeking team members.

We are currently hiring part & full-time team members for the following position(s):

- FRONTLINE (Food Production & Cashier/Service Personnel)
- PREP DEPARTMENT

These positions require:
- A passion for working with food and maintaining a spotless food preparation environment (cleaning and occasional dishes, etc).
- The ability to move quickly and sustain a high energy level for the duration of each shift.
- The ability to verbally communicate with customers in a professional manner for an extended period of time.
- The ability to occasionally lift somewhat heavy objects.

Prior experience working with or preparing sushi is NOT required. However, we implement a strict attendance policy, where tardiness and absences are not tolerated.

Applicants with open availability and/or prior fast-casual restaurant experience (such as Subway, Chipotle, etc.) will be given priority consideration. Pay is very industry-competitive and includes various incentive-based components, as well as 1 complimentary meal per shift.

All positions are initially part-time. Full-time employment can typically be earned within a short period of time, after demonstration of good performance.
