The bar back is to assist the bar staff by helping maintain the cleanliness and stocking of the bar area. Although not directly in contact with guests, a bar back must maintain a friendly demeanor while providing support to bar staff.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Restock glassware, fruit garnishes, bar mixes, cleaning supplies, napkins, and straws
* Keep ice bins full at all times
* Clean and put away glassware throughout the shift
* Maintains all bottled beer, kegs, liquor, and wine pars during and after shift
* Responsible for breakdown of bar area during close
* Assists in cleanliness and organization of all bar area and bar storage
* Assists in bar rotations and bar inventories
* Performs all assigned side work and cleaning duties
* Follows all safety and sanitation protocols
* Disposes of all trash behind the bar during and after shift
* Keeps bar area clean and sanitized at all times
* Performs all steps of service when interacting with guests
* Maintain performance standards and motivates team through positive role modeling
* Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time

Position Qualifications:
* This position will spend 100% of the time standing
* Will adhere to restaurant uniform policy at all times
* Able to report to work as scheduled
* Subject to noisy and distracting conditions
* Occasional environmental exposures to heat and cold
* Must be able to transport up to 80 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.
