Description:

Part-time or full-time position available for an office administrator providing supervision in all areas of the Chick-fil-A business relating to the back office operations.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Completed some college or equivalent work experience.
  • Manage human resources functions such as new hire paperwork, onboarding and payroll entry and tracking disciplinary actions all using integrated online system.
  • Ensure that all business finances are handled in a timely and accurate manner including supplier payments (accounts payable), payroll, reimbursements, reconciling sales to be collected and inventory management.
  • Answer phone calls while in office and communicate information to appropriate leader in business.
  • Ensure office remains clean and in working condition, stock office supplies, and manage small wares, uniforms, and other items stored in office.
  • Computer Skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Focused attention to detail.
  • Preferred: previous administrative or office management experience.
