About this job

Responsible for making Coffee/Tea. Cooking soups, set up displays condiment station setup, and FOH set up. Perform duties of cashier such as operation and cash flow, verify initial cash, and answer phone. Makes beverages keeps FOH stocked, frosts cakes, cuts bars/brownies, empties trash at end of shift or as required. Assists with cleanup/sweeping as required and mops as required. May substitute for Expo or bussing if needed and trained.

Job Requirements
? Provide excellent customer service by informing guests of any menu changes
? Make recommendations as needed, answer guest questions about food (and potential food
allergies), beverages and other restaurant services
? Responsible full cycle food service; take and deliver all food and Espresso beverages orders to
the costumer tables in a timely manner
? Ensure that guests are satisfied with their order and respond promptly to any requests
? Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the
restaurant
? Knowledge of restaurants food and beverage preparation standard.
