The Catering Supervisor Supervises the total catering operations in one of our units. This positions includes duties such as catering order taking, driver scheduling, catering production and preparation, general cleanliness and organization of the catering department. The catering lead works with guest daily Outside customers and is directly in communication with our guests daily. As the catering lead you will supervise the preparation, presentation and service of our great food. The Catering Manager interacts closely with catering & retail employees as well as the Restaurant Managers.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate all aspects of catering, including meeting with clients, service activities,
sanitation, and fiscal responsibilities.
2. Supervise staff during all aspects of catered events to ensure high quality service standards and
presentations are met.
3. Meet with clients to coordinate event-specific details and special requests and develop plan to fulfill
or exceed client's expectations.
4. Use information on function sheets to coordinate food and beverage services for scheduled events.
5. Provide and communicate a layout/ diagram of catering events, including details of table service.
6. Maintain high sanitation and safety standards in all catering storage rooms and other catering areas.
7. Control all labor schedules in accordance with budgeted costs.
8. Acquire and maintain knowledge of current food and catering trends.
9. Maintain proper stock level of all catering equipment
10. Assist with hiring, training, evaluating, and supervising of all catering staff, including completing staff
schedules and providing information about catering events to staff.
11. Related duties as assigned.
